About Kathy KATHY G. NEUMANN earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of La Verne College of Law in 1996. She was admitted to the practice of law in California in 1997, after a successful career in real estate and as an entrepreneur. She received extensive mediation training from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law, and has attended numerous additional mediation trainings at the Center for Civic Mediation. Earlier in her career, Kathy acquired litigation and trial experience by representing clients in legal actions involving personal injuries (car accidents and premises liability), breach of contract, wrongful termination, and general civil litigation. Ms. Neumann is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and was elected to the Board of Trustees of the San Fernando Valley Bar Association. She serves as pro-bono Daily Settlement Officer for the Los Angeles Superior Courts in Van Nuys, Chatsworth, and at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse in downtown L.A. She has litigated cases in Los Angeles County, Ventura County, Orange County, and San Diego County Courts. |
